Pts.Of.Al.Yaa
My parents are in the same country as I am.
Yay. I am still trying to decide whether or not to skedaddle to London. I am currently revising for my upcoming examinations in January and it is vital that I score as I high as I possibly can.
They are coming to visit me this weekend anyway and staying for a prolonged yet unknown period. So there will be plenty of time. I get the feeling I will be in London before that though. How can I deny my parents anything they ask?
Well, kids, the object of my amusement today is
chocolate. No, I am not about to go on and on about my romance with it [I cannot
live it without it though and I am yearning for chocolate milk. : ( .They hardly sell those here; at least in Cambs anyway] but I am intrigued by the personal functions that chocolate does for us.
I watched the film
Chocolat on Christmas Day and it prompted me to ponder into the very essence of chocolate. The movie is not about chocolate per se but it enlightened me in regards to chocolate and on many other levels (the feature had a number of themes).
My question is what does chocolate do for you?
Think about it.
Ugh. That was so cliche. Okay okay I am just dodging writing flowy statements about the beauty of chocolate. Not much to say today. Peace.
It is
snowing outside right now. :)
PS: I am planning to read Chocolat some time during my summer holidays. Which is only seven months away now. *runs decidedly in the opposite direction.
