The Step in My Groove

UCLU MSoc's Malaysian Night was exhilarating. From pre-show near-panic attacks, to blanking out on-stage to wardrobe malfunctions to inevitable klutziness. My first-time acting experience was...well...my first-time acting experience. :)

The whole day was incredibly hectic, especially since we could only rehearse and mark everything on-stage for the first time earlier in the afternoon. I could hardly believe that we finished that 45 minutes before the show began. What I still can't quite grasp is that we quite literally did everything in under a month. So kudos to all that were involved. Especially to my sister who basically choreographed all the dance routines except the traditional Malay one. Lord knows what she had to endure in teaching everyone dance moves. Haha.

I had a full-cast rehearsal today for Dance Soc. I could feel all the annoyed vibes from the choreographers because of my missing out so many rehearsals last week. Sighs.

I hadn't time to pass my camera to anyone yesterday and I had way too many things to carry after to take any pictures. Ergo, I didn't document anything. I think someone might have filmed the performance though. Hopefully, the video turns out fine.

Thanks everyone for coming. It meant so much to see you guys after the whole thing. Especially those from outside London.
