i can barely tilt my head back. 

i cannot tilt my head back.

nor turn left or right without my neck hurting.

it's especially difficult trying to drink water from a water bottle.

i have to sip from a cup. or get a straw.

it really started last monday and progressively got worse over the course of the week.

i'm trying not to complain.

thought it may have been the way i've been sleeping?

i don't know. i just hope it isn't preliminary to anything.

it sucks to feel unwell.
