It’s weird. Quite frankly, I don’t get the idea of being buddies with someone when the minute you get irked, your mouth runs off, behind their backs no less. I think I’ve been very fortunate to have friends who are honest with me, who can openly express their thoughts, who tells me like it is to my face and yet, we can agree to disagree. I know that the last bit sounds awfully clichéd but more times than not, a lot of us are quite stubborn with our opinions. It’s completely fine to stick to your guns I think as long as there is mutual respect. I mean, really, why would you want to be friends with people who actually say they don’t like you or so you’ve heard. I guess one really ought to be careful because appearances can be misleading.I’m a big believer in karma. It is a right to bitch about your friends. I’ve just never found it to be okay and I try my absolute best not to do it too. At the end of the day, your friends are of your own choosing. They’re not an obligation, they’re not supposed to frequently annoy you and they should (or at least try to) understand you. Do unto others as you would have others do unto you is what I think.
