Everyone's Searching For the Cure to the PainI have been feeling extra chirpy this week because it has been tension-free thus far. It's a correlational link though. Despite sleeping for less than two hours last night, I managed to get through today just fine. It's been awhile since I pulled an all-nighter & I'm not looking to performing a repeat either. It is comforting to know from entries by other bloggers that I am not alone in doing as such. How typical of us, don't you reckon? *giggles.
*Heavy sigh. Procrastination is truly detrimental to our academic life which in turn causes us to deprive ourselves of sleep. But I suppose it is nothing in comparison to what we will most likely face in the future; whether it be having to sleep lesser hours to pursue our ambitions, waking up to our crying babies in the middle of the night or jet-setting around the world from time zone to time zone. Hopefully undertaken minus the leaving things to the last minute. Ergo we might as well start training ourselves to sleep lesser now. After all, Mr. Trump himself wrote in his book that one day, all of us are going to sleep for a very long time.
I've missed flattery. To think that it doesn't mean anything? Pfffffffffft. However ingenuine the remarks may seem, we choose to believe it anyway. I have been experiencing the coy sort. And I like. Like everyone else, it does bring me into a rather cheery mood. The best part is that it is frequent. Take that girls. LOL. You probably know what I mean by this so I shan't say anymore.
Four months and perhaps a week or two till I return to Malaysia. Two and a half months till Ms.Farah Rani comes along. My homie who I deeply miss and just recently made her debut in as Syar puts it 'Blogland'. It's going to be one hell of a time catching up when I see her. It will be so full of girly laughter, gossip and shrieks as you could probably imagine. I absolutely cannot wait!
